Jonah Bible Study

After taking a restful summer sabbatical from writing, I want to post a Jonah study that I had first written for a Sunday School unit. I decided to just post it the way it was written. Having said that, please know that this study is different than any of the other studies that I have posted. It is very brief. Each day's study would only take a child about 10 minutes to complete.

Since our Creator made us all so uniquely different and yet created us to be made in His image, I wanted to include this study on the blog site for anyone who would prefer a shorter study. My hope and prayer is that it will be a blessing.

The LORD Is My Shepherd...Bible Study for 6-8 year olds

I'm not uploading these Bible studies in any particular order. I went ahead and uploaded this one next because its the only other Bible study that I have currently written for 6-8 year olds. Both The LORD Is My Shepherd and On Tablets of Human Hearts are written for parents to do side by side with their child.

This Bible study came from a challenge of a close friend to prioritize Scripture memory in our home. I wrote this in anticipation of someday doing this study with my youngest. At the time I wrote this, she was just 3 years old. Soon she will be ready and my prayer is that she and I will have a great time memorizing Psalm 23 together.

This is a 10 day Bible study.

On Tablets of Human Hearts--Bible Study for 6-8 year olds

This Bible study came after a dear friend challenged me to write something for younger children...perhaps even a Bible study that parents could do with their children.

This study is one of my favorites simply because of the scripture passage. I had not ever studied these words of the apostle Paul before working on this study. We are all Christ's letters and He is not writing with ink but with His Spririt on the tablets of our human hearts. I believe He uses our ministry of parenting to write on the little hearts of our children.

This is a 10 day Bible study.
